Denys Hrytsyna
Course Director, recreational, technical, and cave diving instructor with extensive international experience in diver education, dive operations management, and exploration projects.
Since beginning his diving career in 2015, he has built a strong professional background in recreational diving, training and mentoring divers at all levels, leading dive expeditions, and organizing diving activities in a wide range of underwater environments.
In 2020, he expanded his focus to technical diving and advanced diver education. As a technical diving instructor, he specializes in decompression procedures, mixed-gas diving, and preparing divers to operate safely in demanding underwater environments.
Since 2022, he has also been actively involved in cave diver training, delivering specialized cave diving courses with a strong emphasis on overhead environment procedures, advanced navigation, risk management, and safe cave exploration.
His professional experience includes working with dive centers in both Ukraine and Egypt, where he gained extensive expertise in recreational and technical diving operations, diver education, risk management, and the coordination of underwater projects.
In addition to his instructional career, he has held management positions at dive centers in Ukraine and Albania, overseeing daily operations, staff development, training programs, customer experience, and strategic business growth.
Beyond diving, he is an active speleologist and cave explorer. He has participated in numerous cave exploration and research projects, including the discovery, exploration, and documentation of previously unknown cave systems. His combined experience in cave diving and speleology provides a unique perspective on both underwater and underground exploration.
Today, his work is dedicated to the development of recreational, technical, and cave diving, the organization of international expeditions, professional diver education, and the promotion of safe, responsible exploration in both underwater and subterranean environments.
